Our SERVICES
BUILDING ACOUSTIC DESIGN
We provide a full range of building acoustic design services:​

acoustic advice on building elements such as building envelopes, walls, floors and doors

designs for interior finishes to achieve tailored acoustic conditions to suit the venues

advice on noise and vibration control treatments for existing and proposed building services systems, such as air-conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, lifts and fire systems

BREEAM assessment
NOISE AND VIBRATION IMPACT ASSESSMENT
We can assess the effects of various forms of noise and vibration, including from road and rail traffic, industrial or commercial activities, construction and demolition, and factories or production facilities, in accordance with Planning Advice Note 1/2011 (Scotland), Planning Policy Guidance 24 (England & Wales), CRTN, CRN, BS4142, BS5228, BS 8223 and BS 6472, with due regard to Local Authority’s guidance and criteria.
ACOUSTIC TESTING
We can conduct airborne and impact sound insulation testing and room acoustic testing for new build and refurbishment projects, in accordance with ISO 140 and ISO 3382, with due regard to the Building (Scotland) Regulations Section 5 of the Technical Handbook and the Building Regulations Approved Document E (England and Wales).
